Congratulations Sensei Zeenat Mistry for passing Nanadan (7th dan) at IOGKF Asian Gasshuku

"It is with pleasure to inform you that IOGKF India, had hosted the 1st. IOGKF Asia Karate-do Training Camp ( Gasshaku) in Phuket Thailand from 13th. October to 15th. October 2023.
The training was conducted to participants from 15 countries and was headed by Sensei Tetsuji Nakamura(8th.Dan), head of our Federation, Sensei Henrik Larsen (8th. Dan), Executive Committee member, Sensei Luis Nunes (8th. Dan), Advisor and Chief Instructor of IOGKF Spain, Sensei Yamashiro (8th. Dan) Advisor and Chief Instructor of Japan & Okinawa, Sensei Levan Chief Instructor of Georgia ( 5th. Dan) and my- self.
It was a resounding success, where training was imparted to white belts as well as to the 6th. Dans by the above world's best Instructors in Traditional Okinawan Goju Ryu.
I am also happy to inform all that Ms. Zeenat Mistry achieved and passed her 7th. Dan under Sensei Nakamura and Sensei Larsen of our grading panel. This makes her the first Indian Woman to achieve this high and coveted rank.
